Ryan Trading Co.Portfolio of brands

Our story

A portfolio is a point of view, repeated nine times.

Ryan Trading Co. started with a simple observation: the drinks aisle rewards specificity. Drinkers do not want one company's whole worldview — they want a bourbon that tastes like Kentucky limestone, an Irish whiskey with attitude, a wine that belongs on a porch, a can that belongs in a cooler.

So we don't build one mega-brand. We assemble a portfolio of houses, each narrow enough to be believed, and back them with the capital and the operating spine of a much larger company.

What binds them is not a logo. It is a standard — of liquid, of packaging, of telling the truth on the label.

01

Buy conviction, not volume

We look for houses with a real place, a real maker and a real reason to exist — then resist the urge to sand that down.

02

Share the plumbing

Sourcing, compliance, distributor relationships and data sit at the group level so each brand spends its energy on product and story.

03

Nine skins, one standard

Different palettes, same discipline: liquid quality, packaging craft and honest labelling across every category we enter.

The team, together

Between them, the group has made the wine, distilled and blended the whiskey, run multi-billion-dollar beverage divisions, brokered the raw ethanol that supplies the industry, sold a brand portfolio for $350 million, and moved more than a billion dollars of product through modern performance marketing. That mix is deliberate: production, distribution, corporate operating discipline and direct-to-consumer demand generation rarely sit at one table. Here they do — which is why nine independent houses can share one spine without any of them losing what makes them worth buying.
