The story
Callaway Creek is a real place before it is a bottle — a limestone run of water in the Kentucky hills that filters iron out and leaves sweetness behind.
Bonded means there is nowhere to hide: one distilling season, one distillery, four years minimum, one hundred proof. No blending desk, no shortcuts.
